General Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the JobsFlow online job platform.
1. General Provisions
Important Information
Reading and accepting these General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") is mandatory for the use of the JobsFlow platform. By registering or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms set out in this document.
1.1. Scope of the GTC
These GTC govern the use of the services available on the www.jobsflow.hu website and its related subdomains (collectively: the "Platform"), operated by Szeles Péter EV. (registered office: 1164 Budapest, Levedi utca 4. L/4.; tax number: 12345678-1-42; company registration number: 01-09-123456; hereinafter: the "Service Provider").
1.2. Acceptance of the GTC
By using the Platform, registering, or using any service, the User accepts these GTC. Without accepting these GTC, the services of the Platform may not be used.
1.3. Eligibility
Conditions for using the Platform:
- Minimum age of 16 years (for minors, the consent of a legal representative is required)
- Legal capacity to enter into contracts
- Residence, registered office, or place of establishment in Hungary, the EEA, or Switzerland
- Valid email address
- Providing real and accurate data
1.4. Language
The contractual language is Hungarian. The default language of the Platform is Hungarian, which is also the primary language of the user interfaces, documents, and customer support.

3.1. General Services
JobsFlow is an online job platform that connects job seekers and employers. The purpose of the Platform is to facilitate labour-market connections through modern technological solutions and a user-friendly interface.
3.2. Services available to Job Seekers
Free Services
- Registration and account management
- Browsing and searching job listings
- Uploading and storing CVs
- Applying for job offers
- Setting up job alerts by email
- Viewing company profiles
- Managing favourites
- Tracking applications
Premium Services*
- Profile highlighting for employers
- Detailed career guidance
- CV writing support
- Interview preparation training
- Priority customer support
* The Service Provider reserves the right to introduce premium services at a later date.
3.3. Services available to Employers
Free Services (Free package)
- Publishing job ads: Maximum 1 active listing
- Basic customer support: Response within 48 hours
Paid package services (Basic, Premium, Enterprise)
- Publishing job ads: The number of active listings depends on the selected package
- Creating and editing company profiles: Brand building and presenting company culture
- Receiving and managing applications: Access to candidate databases
- Browsing the CV database: Proactive candidate sourcing in higher-tier packages
- Featured advertisements: Better visibility toward job seekers
- Statistics and reports: Ad performance, views, and applications
- Team management: Access for multiple users within one company profile
- Priority customer support: Faster response time and dedicated support
3.4. Nature of the Services
Important notice:
JobsFlow operates as an intermediary platform that connects job seekers and employers. The Service Provider is not an employer, not a recruitment agency, and does not assume responsibility for:
- The content, accuracy, or lawfulness of job advertisements posted by employers
- The truthfulness or authenticity of information provided by job seekers
- Any contractual relationship between employers and job seekers
- The creation, continuation, or termination of employment relationships
- Any disputes or damages arising between the parties
3.5. Service Guarantee
The Service Provider does not guarantee that:
- Job seekers will find employment by using the Platform
- Employers will find suitable candidates for their listings
- Published job ads will generate a specific number of applications
- The quality or suitability of applicants will meet employer expectations
The Service Provider is only responsible for the operation, stability, and security of the technological platform. Business results depend on the Users’ own responsibility and efforts.
4. Registration and User Account
4.1. Registration
Registration is required for full use of the Platform. Registration is free of charge for job seekers. For employers, the use of certain services is tied to package purchase.
Registration process:
- Provide a valid email address
- Create a password (minimum 8 characters; a strong password is recommended)
- Provide basic data (name, phone number, account type)
- Accept the GTC and Privacy Policy (mandatory)
- Confirm the email address via the activation link sent by email
4.2. Authenticity and Accuracy of Data
Mandatory requirements:
- Real data: The User must provide real and accurate information
- No false identity: The use of a false identity or misleading information is prohibited
- Up-to-date data: The User must keep all data current
- Verification right: The Service Provider may verify the authenticity of data
4.3. Security of the User Account
The User bears sole responsibility for:
- Keeping the password confidential and not sharing it with third parties
- Preventing unauthorised use of the user account
- All actions performed through the account, even if carried out by another person
- Immediately reporting suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the Service Provider
Password recommendations:
- Minimum length of 8-12 characters
- Combination of lower-case and upper-case letters
- Use of numbers and special characters
- Avoid easily guessed personal information
- Use a unique password for every platform
- Change the password regularly
4.4. One Person - One Account Principle
In the case of natural persons, one person may create only one user account as a job seeker. Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited, and the Service Provider may suspend or delete all affected accounts.
For employers, one account may be created per legal entity or company. The team management feature allows several authorised persons to access the same company profile.
4.5. Prohibition of Account Transfer
A user account may not be transferred to any third person, may not be rented, sold, or otherwise used by others. Rights and obligations linked to the account are personal in nature.
4.6. Suspension or Deletion of the Account
The Service Provider may suspend or delete a user account in the following cases:
Immediate deletion / suspension:
- Serious breach of these GTC
- Providing false data
- Publishing unlawful content
- Abuse of the service
- Use of automated systems (bots, scrapers)
- Spam activity
After prior warning:
- Repeated rule violations
- Inactivity for more than 2 years
- Late payment (for employers)
- Repeated complaints from other users
- Repeated publication of inappropriate content
5. User Obligations
5.1. General Obligations
When using the Platform, the User must:
- Comply with applicable Hungarian and European Union laws
- Respect the rights of other users and third parties
- Act in accordance with these GTC and other applicable policies
- Use the Platform as intended
- Cooperate with the Service Provider in investigations of rule breaches
- Immediately notify the Service Provider of any violation or unauthorised use
5.2. Obligations of Job Seekers
Special obligations of job seekers:
- Authentic CV: Upload only CVs containing real experience and qualifications
- No fake references: Falsified certificates, diplomas, or references are prohibited
- Current contact data: Keep phone number and email address up to date
- Genuine interest: Apply only for positions in which there is real interest
- Communication duty: Provide a meaningful response to employer contact within a reasonable time
- Interview attendance: If invited to an interview, cancel in due time and fairly if unable to attend
5.3. Obligations of Employers
Special obligations of employers:
- Real job offers: Publish advertisements only for existing and genuine positions
- Lawful job offers: Publish only offers for legal work
- Accurate descriptions: Present the position, duties, salary, and conditions truthfully
- Non-discrimination: Advertisements may not contain discrimination based on age, sex, race, religion, or nationality
- Data protection: Handle applicants’ personal data in compliance with GDPR
- Feedback: Respond to applicants within a reasonable time, whether positively or negatively
- Payment obligation: Pay package fees on time
- Authorised access only: Access may be granted only to authorised persons
5.4. Compliance with Technical Requirements
The User may not engage in the following activities:
- Bypassing or breaking the Platform’s security mechanisms
- Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Using automated query tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) without explicit permission
- Overloading the Platform’s servers (DoS or DDoS attacks)
- Unauthorised collection or storage of other users’ data
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the Platform’s source code
5.5. Duty to Cooperate
The User must cooperate with the Service Provider whenever the Service Provider makes a lawful request (for example, identity verification, deletion of content, or providing information in response to an official request). Refusal to cooperate may result in suspension or deletion of the account.
6. Prohibited Conduct
STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following conduct constitutes a serious breach of these GTC and may result in immediate suspension or deletion of the account, and in some cases legal consequences.
6.1. Unlawful Content
It is prohibited to publish or share:
- Content infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Defamatory, slanderous, or false statements
- Hate speech, racist, sexist, or discriminatory content
- Messages inciting violence or containing threats
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material
- Content promoting or encouraging illegal activity
- Content endangering the safety or well-being of minors
6.2. Deception and Fraud
The following are prohibited:
- False identity: Acting in the name of another person or organisation
- Fictitious jobs: Advertising non-existent positions for data collection or other improper purposes
- Pyramid and MLM fraud: Presenting multi-level marketing schemes as employment
- Fake qualifications: Claiming diplomas or certificates not actually obtained
- Misleading salary information: Posting unrealistically high or low salaries
- Phishing and data theft: Obtaining personal or financial data from others unlawfully
6.3. Spam and Bulk Messaging
The following are prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to other users
- Publishing commercial offers or advertisements instead of job ads
- Distributing chain-letter-like content
- Posting the same advertisement multiple times
- Inserting irrelevant links or adverts in profiles or advertisements
6.4. Harming Competitors
The following are prohibited:
- Writing false or malicious reviews about competitor companies
- Sabotaging competitors’ job ads with spam applications
- Illegally poaching employees of competitor companies
- Publishing content infringing the trademarks or corporate identity of other companies
6.5. Abuse of the System
The following are prohibited:
- Using robots, scrapers, or automated tools to download Platform data
- Bypassing or breaking the Platform’s security systems
- Performing SQL injection, XSS, or other hacking attacks
- Creating multiple accounts in order to circumvent system rules
- Abusive use of Platform resources such as bandwidth or storage
6.6. Consequences of Violations
In the event of prohibited conduct, the Service Provider may take the following measures:
Warning: For first-time minor violations
Suspension: Temporary withdrawal of access
Permanent deletion: For serious or repeated violations
In cases of serious unlawful conduct (for example fraud, phishing, or hacking), the Service Provider reserves the right to initiate criminal or civil proceedings and to notify the competent authorities.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1. Intellectual Property of the Service Provider
All elements of the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider, including:
- Brand elements: JobsFlow logo, brand name, colour palette, design elements, graphics
- Source code and software: The full source code, database structure, algorithms
- Content created by the Service Provider: Texts, guides, images, videos
- Know-how: Business processes, methodologies, development concepts
- Trademarks: The name "JobsFlow" and related marks
- Database: The structure and compilation of the Platform database
7.2. Licence Granted to Users
The Service Provider grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform within the framework of these GTC. This licence allows only the following:
- Browsing and using the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose
- Searching and browsing job offers
- Uploading and managing one’s own content (CVs, job ads)
- Using services in line with the subscribed package
7.3. The Licence Does Not Permit
The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, or redistributing the Platform or any part of it
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the source code
- Commercial use of Platform elements for third parties
- Using the JobsFlow brand, logo, or visual design for personal purposes
- Building a competing service based on the Platform’s technology
- Automated scraping and reuse of Platform content
7.4. Ownership of User Content
Users retain ownership of their own content
Content uploaded by Users (CVs, job advertisements, company profiles, reviews) remains the exclusive property of the Users. The Service Provider does not acquire ownership of such content.
By uploading content, however, the User automatically grants the Service Provider a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the content for the following purposes:
- Storing and displaying the content on the Platform
- Transmitting the content to other Users (for example displaying job ads or sending CVs to employers)
- Technical processing of the content (formatting, optimisation, indexing, making it searchable)
- Promoting the Platform in marketing materials in anonymised form or with consent
- Preparing statistical analyses in aggregated form
7.5. Responsibility of Users for the Lawfulness of Their Content
The User represents and warrants that:
- The User is entitled to publish the uploaded content and has the necessary rights
- The content does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
- The User is authorised to use the images, texts, and logos included in the content
- The content does not contain defamatory, insulting, or unlawful information
Indemnification obligation: If a third party brings a claim against the Service Provider due to content uploaded by the User, the User must reimburse all damages suffered by the Service Provider, including legal costs.
7.6. Removal of Infringing Content
If the Service Provider becomes aware, or receives a substantiated complaint, that a piece of content infringes the rights of a third party, it is entitled to remove or disable that content immediately without prior notice. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to investigate complaints and remove unlawful content promptly.

Please indicate precisely the infringing content, the legal basis of your claim, and the relevant supporting documents.
8. Content Upload and Moderation
8.1. Publishing Content
Users may upload different types of content to the Platform, including:
- CVs and cover letters
- Job advertisements and position descriptions
- Company profiles, introduction texts, images, and videos
- Ratings and reviews about companies
- Messages, comments, and other user-generated content
8.2. Requirements Applicable to Content
Acceptable content:
- Truthful, up-to-date, and relevant information
- Professional and lawful wording
- Content that does not infringe third-party rights
- Material that matches the purpose of the Platform
Unacceptable content:
- False, misleading, or unlawful information
- Defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory content
- Spam, irrelevant advertising, or duplicate postings
- Content infringing intellectual property or personal rights
8.3. Moderation and Content Review
Moderation practices of the Service Provider:
- The Service Provider may review, moderate, or flag uploaded content
- Moderation may be automated, manual, or based on user reports
- The Service Provider may request clarification or supporting documents from the User
- Moderation does not create a legal obligation to review each item in advance
Important notice regarding limitation of liability
The Service Provider is not obliged to pre-screen or pre-approve every uploaded item of content. Publication remains the responsibility of Users. The Service Provider moderates to the best of its ability but cannot guarantee that all inappropriate content will be filtered out before or immediately after publication.
8.4. Removal of Content
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove, modify, or disable any content immediately and without prior notice if:
- The content violates these GTC
- The content is unlawful or infringes third-party rights
- A report is received regarding the inappropriate nature of the content
- In the Service Provider’s opinion the content is harmful, dangerous, or undesirable
- Removal is required by an authority or court
8.5. Responsibility of Users
The User bears sole responsibility for the lawfulness, accuracy, and authorised use of uploaded content. The Service Provider assumes no liability for User content, its consequences, or claims by third parties related to it.
If a third party asserts a claim against the Service Provider because of content uploaded by a User, the User must indemnify the Service Provider for all resulting damages, including legal representation costs.
8.6. Reporting Inappropriate Content
How can inappropriate content be reported?
If you find any content that, in your opinion, violates these GTC, is unlawful, or infringes your rights, please notify us using one of the following channels:

- Customer service: [email protected]
Please provide the exact location (URL), the legal basis of your concern, and any relevant information. Reports are investigated within 48 hours.
9. Prices, Fees and Payment
9.1. General Pricing
The prices of JobsFlow services are set out in the current price list available on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include VAT unless indicated otherwise.
9.2. Credit-Based System
JobsFlow uses a credit-based system. One credit equals one job advertisement posting. Credits renew monthly according to the selected subscription package, and unused credits expire at the end of the relevant month.
9.3. Payment Methods
- Bank card payment (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe
- Bank transfer in case of an individual agreement
9.4. Invoicing
Upon successful payment, an electronic invoice is issued and sent to the registered email address. Invoices may also be available within the user account.
9.5. Right to Change Prices
The Service Provider reserves the right to change prices. Affected users will be informed at least 30 days in advance. Price changes do not affect subscription periods that have already started.
10. Subscriptions and Packages
10.1. Subscription Packages
The JobsFlow platform offers the following subscription packages for employers:

10.2. Early Bird Programme
During the launch phase, JobsFlow offers a discounted "Early Bird" programme for early registrants.
Discount periods:
- January - June: 50% discount
- July - August: 30% discount
- September: 10% discount
- After October: Full price
Validity of the discount:
The Early Bird discount remains valid for 365 days (1 year) from the start of the subscription. Once the discounted period expires, the subscription automatically switches to the full standard price.
Example: If a company subscribes to the Premium package in March 2026 during the 50% discount period, it may use the service at HUF 42,500 / month until March 2027. After 1 year, the subscription changes to the full price of HUF 85,000 / month.
10.3. "First 100 Companies" Promotion
The first 100 registered employers may receive additional discounts with the promotional code JobsFlow100.
The promotion is valid until the available slots are filled. The promo code can be entered during registration.
10.4. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis using the registered payment method. An email reminder is sent 3 days before renewal.
10.5. Cancellation of Subscription
A subscription may be cancelled at any time in the user account. In case of cancellation:
- Services remain available until the end of the already paid period
- Unused credits are non-refundable
- Active job ads become inactive when the subscription expires
10.6. Late Payment
In the event of unsuccessful payment, the following process applies:
- Day 0: Failed payment, email notice, suspension of job advertisements
- Day 7: Reminder email
- Day 14: Final warning
- Day 30: Archived removal of suspended job advertisements
Important: User accounts are never deleted automatically, only job advertisements are deactivated or archived. The account can be reactivated at any time by starting a new subscription.
10.7. Package Change
The subscription package may be changed in the user account:
- Upgrade to a higher package: Takes effect immediately and the price difference is charged proportionally
- Downgrade to a lower package: Takes effect from the next billing cycle
11. Right of Withdrawal
11.1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
The User has a 14-day right of withdrawal after ordering a service, provided that the service has not yet begun.
11.2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The User may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a withdrawal statement to [email protected]. The statement should include the User’s name, email address, invoice number, and the date of payment.
11.3. Refund in Case of Withdrawal
Refund process:
- The full purchase price is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal statement
- The refund is made using the original payment method
- No administrative or processing fee is charged
11.4. Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:
- Once the User completes profile data or publishes a job advertisement, the service becomes active and the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised, because performance has begun. The User acknowledges that no refund is available after active advertisements are in use.
- After the 14-day withdrawal deadline has expired
- In the case of businesses (non-consumers), as the right of withdrawal applies only to consumers
12. Availability of the Service
12.1. Target Availability Level (SLA)
The Service Provider strives to ensure an average monthly availability of the Platform above 99%, but this does not constitute an absolute guarantee. Planned maintenance periods are excluded from the availability ratio.
12.2. Planned Maintenance
Maintenance windows:
- The Service Provider may perform regular maintenance to preserve stability and security
- Users are informed of planned maintenance by email and on the Platform at least 48 hours in advance
- Maintenance is carried out, where possible, at night or during low-traffic periods
- The Platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance
12.3. Unplanned Downtime
Unplanned outages may occur due to technical faults, server issues, network disruptions, or failures of third-party services. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to restore the service as quickly as possible.
12.4. Modification or Discontinuation of the Service
The Service Provider reserves the right to:
- Extend, modify, or remove Platform features
- Temporarily or permanently discontinue certain services
- Update the Platform to a new version with a changed user interface
- Implement technological improvements
Users will be informed in advance about significant changes. The essential functionality of already purchased subscriptions will not be reduced during the current subscription period.
13. Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS
The liability of the Service Provider is limited in the manner and to the extent set out below. Please read this section carefully because it has a material effect on your rights.
13.1. Nature of the Platform as an Intermediary
JobsFlow functions as an intermediary platform that allows contact between job seekers and employers. The Service Provider is not liable for:
- The truthfulness, accuracy, or lawfulness of content published by Users
- The contractual relationships between employers and job seekers
- The existence, conditions, or filling of positions offered by employers
- The authenticity of data or qualifications provided by job seekers
- The success or effectiveness of the job search process
- Disputes, disagreements, or legal claims arising between the parties
- The creation, continuation, quality, or termination of employment relationships
13.2. Exclusion of Liability for User Content
The Service Provider assumes no liability for content uploaded, published, or shared by Users, including:
- The content, accuracy, or legality of job advertisements
- The authenticity of CVs and qualifications
- The correctness of company profile information
- The objectivity or truthfulness of reviews and ratings
- Messages or communication between Users
The uploading User bears sole responsibility for published content. The Service Provider seeks to moderate content but cannot guarantee immediate filtering of all inappropriate material.
13.3. Liability for Technical Errors and Service Interruptions
The Service Provider is not liable for damages arising from the following technical issues:
- Interrupted or slow internet connection
- Outages of third-party services (server, DNS, CDN)
- Browser compatibility issues
- Viruses or malware attacks on the User’s device
- Temporary unavailability due to planned or unplanned maintenance
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or terrorist acts
13.4. Exclusion of Liability for Indirect Damages
The Service Provider is not liable for the following indirect or consequential damages:
- Loss of profit or loss of revenue
- Loss of business opportunities
- Damage to reputation or prestige
- Data loss unless caused intentionally by the Service Provider
- Damages arising from breach of obligations toward third parties
- Psychological burden, stress, or emotional harm
13.5. User’s Indemnification Obligation
The User must indemnify the Service Provider against all damages arising from:
- The User’s conduct in breach of these GTC
- Publication of unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights
- Claims or lawsuits by third parties against the Service Provider based on the User’s content
- Breaking into or damaging the Platform’s security systems
- Providing false or misleading data
This indemnification includes litigation and out-of-court legal costs, attorneys’ fees, court fees, and all other reasonable expenses.
13.6. Liability for External Links
The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for links on the Platform leading to external websites. The operator of each external website is solely responsible for its content, privacy practices, and security.
14. Data Protection
GDPR compliance and data protection
The Service Provider places special emphasis on protecting Users’ personal data. Data processing is always carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian data protection laws.

14.2. Categories of Data Processed
The Service Provider processes the following categories of data:
Data of job seekers:
- Name, email, phone number
- CV data
- Qualifications and experience
- Job-search preferences
Data of employers:
- Company name, tax number
- Contact person data
- Billing information
- Content of job advertisements
14.3. User Rights
Under the GDPR, the User has the following rights:
- Right of access: To request information about their data
- Right to rectification: To request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: To request deletion of their data
- Right to restriction: To request restriction of processing
- Right to data portability: To obtain their data in a machine-readable format
- Right to object: To object to certain forms of processing
- Right to lodge a complaint: To complain to the competent supervisory authority
14.4. Data Security Measures
The Service Provider protects personal data by applying the following technical and organisational measures:
- SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS protocol)
- Password protection using bcrypt hashing
- Regular backups
- Firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- Access control and authorisation management
- Regular security audits

15. Amendment of the Contract
15.1. Right to Amend the GTC
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC unilaterally in the following cases:
- Legal changes requiring amendments
- Implementation of official or court decisions
- Introduction of new services or modification of existing ones
- Changes in security or data protection requirements
- Technological developments and new functions
- Changes in the business model
15.2. Notice of Amendment
The Service Provider will inform Users of amendments to the GTC by the following means:
- Email notice: 15 days before the amendment takes effect
- On-platform notice: Pop-up window or banner on login
- Publication on the website: Posting the updated GTC on the site
15.3. Acceptance of the Amendment
Implied acceptance:
If the User does not expressly reject the amendment within 15 days of the notice, the amended GTC are deemed accepted.
Express rejection:
If the User does not agree with the amendments, the User is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect and free of charge within 15 days. Rejection must be sent in writing to [email protected].
15.4. Urgent Amendments
For security reasons or due to legal obligations, the Service Provider may introduce urgent amendments with immediate effect. In such case, the notice will be given at the same time as the amendment or within a maximum of 3 days thereafter.
16. Termination of the Contract
16.1. Termination by the User
The User may terminate the contract at any time without stating reasons by the following means:
Free users:
- Immediate termination by deleting the account.
Paying subscribers:
- Automatic renewal can be switched off
- The subscription remains active until the end of the current cycle
- No refund for the remaining period
- Consumer withdrawal right within 14 days where applicable
16.2. Termination by the Service Provider
The Service Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect in the following cases:
- Serious or repeated breach of these GTC
- Use of false identity or false data
- Carrying out unlawful activity on the Platform
- Late payment in the case of paid Users
- Endangering the security or integrity of the Platform
- Harassment or threatening behaviour toward other Users
- A court or official decision requiring suspension of the account
In the case of serious violations, termination and account deletion may occur without prior notice.
16.3. Consequences of Termination
Upon termination of the contract:
- Immediate end of access: The User may no longer access the account
- Deactivation of active ads: Job advertisements become inactive immediately
- Retention of data: Data are retained for 30 days for restoration purposes
- Deletion after 30 days: Data are permanently deleted after 30 days except where legal retention obligations apply, for example invoices kept for 5 years
- Settlement of fees: Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where consumer withdrawal rights apply
16.4. Reactivation
Within 30 days after deletion, the User may request reactivation of the account by emailing [email protected]. After the 30-day period, reactivation is no longer possible and new registration is required.
17. Force Majeure
17.1. Definition of Force Majeure
Force majeure means any external circumstance occurring after the conclusion of the contract that is unforeseeable and unavoidable and prevents the Service Provider from performing its contractual obligations.
17.2. Examples of Force Majeure Events
The following may qualify as force majeure events (non-exhaustive list):
Natural disasters:
- Earthquake, flood, fire
- Lightning, storm
- Epidemics and pandemics
Social events:
- War, terrorist attack
- Riots, uprisings
- Strike, except strikes of the Service Provider’s own employees
Official measures:
- General state of emergency
- Curfew or movement restrictions
- Prohibition of the service
Technical causes:
- Nationwide power outage
- Interruption of backbone internet services
- Cyberwarfare or DDoS attack
17.3. Liability in Case of Force Majeure
The Service Provider is not liable for breach of contract, delay, or non-performance caused by force majeure.
The Service Provider is exempt from any obligation to pay damages during the duration of the force majeure event and in relation to damages directly caused by it.
17.4. Duty to Inform
The Service Provider must notify Users of a force majeure event without delay by one or more of the following means:
- Email notice to the registered address where technically possible
- On-platform notice or status page update
- Information published through social media channels
17.5. Fate of the Contract During Force Majeure
If a force majeure event prevents the provision of the service for more than 30 days:
- Either party may terminate the contract with immediate effect
- Termination is free of charge and without sanctions
18. Dispute Resolution
18.1. Effort to Settle Disputes Amicably
The Parties undertake to attempt to resolve their disputes first of all amicably through consultation and negotiation.
In the event of a dispute, the User should first contact customer support at [email protected]. The Service Provider will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within 30 days.
18.2. Consumer Disputes
Users qualifying as consumers may make use of the following legal remedies:

18.3. Court Proceedings
If amicable settlement fails, the parties may turn to the courts:
- In consumer disputes: The consumer may choose the court of the consumer’s residence / place of stay or the court competent for the Service Provider’s registered office
- In non-consumer disputes: The courts competent for the Service Provider’s registered office in Budapest have exclusive jurisdiction
- According to claim value: District court below HUF 1 million, tribunal above that threshold
18.4. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
The Service Provider is open to alternative dispute resolution methods, including:
- Mediation: Settlement through the involvement of a mediator
- Arbitration: Subject to joint agreement of the parties
- Online dispute resolution: Electronically conducted procedures
19. Governing Law
19.1. Applicable Law
These GTC and the legal relationships arising from them are governed by Hungarian law, in particular by the following legislation:
- Act V of 2013 on the Hungarian Civil Code
- Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services
- Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.) on detailed rules of contracts between consumers and businesses
- Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
19.2. International Elements
If the contract contains an international element (for example a foreign registered office or place of residence):
- Hungarian law remains the governing law
- For consumers, this may not adversely affect the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable at the consumer’s place of residence
- For citizens of EU Member States, mandatory EU rules prevail where applicable
19.3. Language Use
The language of the contract is Hungarian. Any translation or foreign-language version is for information purposes only; in the event of any dispute, the Hungarian-language version shall prevail.
20. Final Provisions
20.1. Entire Agreement
These GTC together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the Parties. All prior oral or written agreements lose effect upon the entry into force of these GTC.
20.2. Partial Invalidity
If any provision of these GTC becomes invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the original economic purpose.
20.3. Non-Transferability of Rights
The User may not assign rights or obligations arising from this contract to a third party without the prior written consent of the Service Provider. The Service Provider is entitled to assign its rights and obligations to a legal successor or affiliated undertaking.
20.4. No Waiver
The fact that the Service Provider does not exercise or delays exercising a right shall not constitute waiver of that right. No single act or omission shall be considered a waiver.
